Why do you want to earn extra money?

Here is a little
motivation to help you on your way
What
are your goals.? What was your
motivation in looking for
some way to make money online?

If you
are one of those deep in debt who may be reading
this and thinking your Life Goal is to get out of
debt then thats a very strong objective,
because if you are in that position then you will
know of the worry, the heartache, the concern
every time the mail turns up in your postbox that
theres going to be another bill or letter
of demand in there. What about every time you
pick up the phone it may be a debt
collector......... this is one of the goals then
that can be a powerful first
motivator, than those who just want to
make a lot
of money in order to change their
quality of life, or those that see the need of
the business opportunities product cover which as
a first base may really appeal to you .

If you
are one of the people in a 9-5 job reading this,
or in a regular job, maybe even doing shift work,
and you want to start working from home or just
work your own hours, then that is also a great
and powerful goal. Better still if you have a JOB
you really despise, and
uncomfortable working conditions, then this is
another great motivator.
As you know network
marketing allows you to start with
very little money and very little risk. It also
allows you to make the sort of money that will
change your life into a very wealthy,
comfortable and carefree life. When you have
built your network to a certain level, you can go
on holiday for a month or two and come back and
your network and earnings would be even more,.
It is important to try and take a
step at a time, even if it means recruiting just
one new member into your
business a month. Certainly there are many people
that are great networkers and not afraid to
promote their business to all and sundry,
where-as you may be a little more reserved. EVERY
member that joins you in any business opportunity
all have the same goal in mind, to earn money
with it.!! Why then are there many that make a
success of it and just as many who do not.??Your
success will be achieved by assimilating and
implementing all the information in the business
guides, training and the use of material
available to you that the company provides. If
they do not have these structures in place look
elsewhere.......
Making the right decisions
Written by Martin Avis

Many
years ago when I was young and callow, I received
an invitation to attend a 'Decision-Makers'
conference.
Trouble
was, I couldn't make up my mind whether to go or
not. I didn't.
As
the French proverb says, "Between two
stools, you sit on the floor." Like a great
many people before and after me, I had to learn
the hard way to actively take control of my life.
Prevarication is a poor master, but one that will
rule you with a rod of iron if you don't chose to
stop it.
Banish
from your mind and your vocabulary the words,
'I'll think about it.' You won't. Something else
will take your eye and divert your attention.
Unless you make a positive decision to do or not
to do, right now, you are very unlikely to
revisit.
Nobody
ever became a success by hesitating. Success
comes to those who jump in and have a go.
I
am not by any means suggesting that you should
embrace every hare-brained scheme or half-baked
idea that you come across. Far from it. What I am
saying is that you must develop the skill to
actively decide what to do in any given situation
and not leave the result to chance. For example,
I get about 200 emails a day. Whenever I go to my
inbox I have to make quick choices about all the
emails waiting to get my attention: Send it
straight to trash; Save it in a pending file;
Read it immediately; Forward it to someone else;
Act on its contents ... there may be other
choices, but the point is made. If I don't
actively decide between these options I would
very quickly get an inbox so full that I would
never get the chance to act on any of them. Life
and business is very much like that. In this
twenty-first century we live in, only those who
have mastered the art of 'keeping up' can survive
and thrive.
There
is no room for procrastination.
Very
often the only decision you need to make is
whether to act or not. Once you have made that
positive commitment to yourself, the 'putting
into action' part of the equation follows
naturally. Don't over analyze. Often, the biggest
hurdle to cross in reaching a decision one way or
the other is the fear that you haven't considered
all the options. Forget it! Unless you are being
forced to decide something completely outside
your field of experience you already have all the
information you need. Your brain has spent years
sucking in data from all over the place. Let that
incredibly complex computer weigh the options for
you in the background. Your subconscious moves
much faster than your conscious thought
processes.
There
are two kinds of decisions.
The
first kind are those that cannot be reversed. You
have to take longer over these, but there is
still no value in putting off the inevitable. In
these kinds of decisions, a maybe is the same as
a no. You will have decided by default. If it all
goes wrong then, you will be at fault twice -
once for not deciding at all and once for
allowing the wrong outcome to happen. The other
kind of decisions account for the vast majority:
those that can be changed, modified or adapted
after they have been made. There is never any
good reason to put off actively making these
decisions. Go with your gut instinct. 90% of the
time it will be right. Even in the times it
isn't, you can reverse it pretty quickly. Don't
be frightened of losing a little face. In
business, someone who has the guts to make a
decision, and then, in the light of new facts,
the courage to decide to reverse it, is someone
destined for the top.
Don't
think too far in the future.
Some
situations try to force you to decide based on
the outcome in the long term. This is rarely
sound. Of course, the long-term objective is
valid, but if it bankrupts you or the company in
the short-term, that decision is flawed. When to
avoid making a decision. After all I have said
about the power of positive decision making, it
might seem odd to condone the opposite. However,
it is just as valid to decide not to do something
as to decide to do it. The important thing is to
decide. Some questions are unanswerable and
sometimes you simply don't have enough facts to
make an informed decision. In these cases, your
active decision is to wait, gather more facts, or
seek advice. 'Do nothing' is not an option. I
leave the final words to two successful
businessmen from opposite sides of the
Atlantic:'If I had to sum up in one word what
makes a good manager, I'd say decisiveness. You
can use the fanciest computers to gather the
numbers, but in the end you have to set a
timetable and act.' Lee Iacocca, former Chrysler
chief.
Never ever Give up and
never quit!!!
GET
STARTED AND DONT QUIT.!!
Don't
Quit It's the single most important strategy by
Rich Morgan
I have thoughts of quitting... don't you? Nearly
every day, I think about quitting. Everybody
does. In the beginning, it was, "I'll never
make any money doing this...why not just quit
now?" Or, "Nobody's signing up...I give
up." After a year or so, it was,
"Things just aren't moving fast enough...I'm
throwing in the towel,"or, "All my
people are quitting, I'm obviously not getting
anywhere...I might as well quit, too."
Later it became, "Hey, I'm earning $15K, $20K a month and
more...why should I keep making phone calls? I've
paid my dues, I've worked long enough--why should
I have to keep doing three-ways all day long and
answering stupid questions? I deserve to kick
back!"
Sound different? They're not: just variations on
a theme.
It is those of us who keep on keeping on who go
on to fulfill our dreams. It's when you keep
going--after you think you should quit--that you
begin to succeed. I've seen it happen time and
time again: Someone tells me, "I called 25
people, and no one is interested...," and a
month or two later, that same person is back on
my phone, only now he's saying, "I only
called five people--and almost every one of them
is interested!"
We all go through tough times; sometimes quitting
seems like the sensible course of action. Hey,
it's easier to drop out of school...easier to
quit your job and find a new one. To give up on
your religion. To get a divorce. We're a nation
of quitters. Barely a few weeks into January,
most of us have forgotten all about our "New
Year's Resolutions."We quit digging just
inches from the gold.
Don't quit!
Some people will read these words today and a
year from now, thank themselves that they decided
not to quit. Others will wish they'd decided not
to quit. You choose which. It's hard work, but
it's well worth it. Here is what makes no sense
to me:
People will go through years of college, spend
tens of thousands of Rands on their education, go
to dozens of interviews, land a job for $K20 a year
that they have to work 40 to 60 hours a week, for
40 years, with no real security, major stress and
a boss they hate--all so they can retire broke,
old and sick.... Or, they'll spend hundreds of
thousands on a conventional business or
franchise, work at it 60 to 80 hours a week, seven
days a week, not show a profit for years, and end
up a slave to their creation.... But these same
people expect to start a network marketing
business with no experience, little training and
a few hundred dollars invested, work it in their
"spare time" like a hobby, afraid to
tell even their closest friends what they're
doing--and then wonder why they aren't earning
thousands after a few months?
Let's be realistic. It takes time. Everyone goes
through a learning curve. It took me several
years before I even showed a profit--but it was
worth it.
My Story
I worked at our family's retail music business
for over a decade. Every year I worked harder and
harder--and earned less and less. On top of
working 60 to 80 hours a week, there was constant
family bickering, inequitable salaries, employee
problems, tons of money tied up
in inventory, delinquent accounts, theft and lots
of competition. After 12 years of this, I was
burned out and miserable. I was missing my kids'
lives and had no energy or quality time to spend
with my wife. I was living paycheck to paycheck,
sinking further and further into debt...yet I had
no college degree, no other work experience and a
family to support. I felt trapped! I discovered
network marketing, got started--hoping it was the
answer. I found a company I trusted, with
products I could believe in, products that truly
changed people's lives. Still, it was not easy.
That first year, we had many
challenges--management changes, compensation plan
changes, slow growth, no tools, nay-sayers...and
after my first year, I was earning a few hundred
rand.
But I didn't quit.
My second year, they put together a great
management team, launched a fantastic
compensation plan, developed some great
tools--but it still wasn't easy. Many in my team
were skeptical about everythingthe
corporate team, the comp plan, the product. I was
now earning a few thousand Dollars.
And I didn't quit.
Now it's several years later. I'm living a
lifestyle most only dream about. I'm home with my
family. I have no boss. I have no commute. I set
no alarm clock. I take vacations when I want. I
spend quality time with my wife and kids. I am
able to volunteer at school. I'm able to attend
my kids' activities. I have money in the bank. I own a
new
mini-van and Lexus, paid for in full. I'm living
in my dream home. I have my health, more energy
and very little stress. I'm earning a solid
six-figure income... And I'm still not going to
quit. I'm just an average guy, living in a small
town. I did it; you can too. As long as you don't
quit.

The secret to success can
be told in four words:
Get started--And don't quit!
Questions you need ask
yourself...
Do you want to just earn
a living for the rest of your life? Or have
security and time for your family, travel, and a
comfortable lifestyle?
Its never too late to learn or change.
Start small and grow slowly, learning all the
time. Don't whine about not making money. If you
do the work, the money will follow. Focus on your
goals. Where do you want to be in 1 year, 5
years, 10 years, or 20 years?
Nothing worthwhile comes overnight. You must
do the work, put in your time, fall down then get
back up again. Give your business time to work
and grow.
Don't expect a lot of money right away. Are you
going to give your business the time and effort
it deserves?
Get-rich-quick is not an option! Why waste time
and money failing at this when you can start out
slow and steady. Be persistent in your marketing,
help others on the way and you'll get there
faster than get-rich- quick.
Have you joined a business Opportunity or money
making program opportunity expecting to get rich
overnight?
Did you fail in all the other programs you
joined? You haven't sold any of your products
yet? Not getting any response to your ads? Did
you have a problem on your website? Did you get
it fixed and then find another problem? Ready
to give up and quit?
DON'T DO IT!
What did you do today to make money?
The possibilities are endless!
To get noticed, you must be
customer-friendly, post ads, send feedback, and
motivate your new members. Be positive when you
think you can't anymore. Visualize yourself where
you want to be and what you are going to achieve.
(Note I said what you are going to achieve not
what you WANT to achieve.!!!) Advertise all
the time get the message out, get the message
out, get the message out!!!
These are just a few ways to get recognized. Then
when someone wants your product they'll remember
YOU.
Persistence - and a
whole lot of patience help as well.
You must love what you do. See yourself
succeeding. Challenge yourself - you might be
surprised at the results! Think about what YOU
need to do to change the way things are going for
you. Take control of yourself and your future.
Decide what you really want and go for it! With
the right attitude you can be anything you want!
You don't want to live with the unanswered
question...WHAT IF... do you?
Never give up on your
dreams! Persistence is what
leads to success!
Love yourself, believe in yourself, imagine
yourself succeeding and reaching your goals.
